We use Royal Mail for most of our small packet deliveries and UPS courier for larger packets/parcels and PREMIUM SERVICE deliveries.

Delivery is charged as follows:

BASIC SERVICE 3-5 DAYS

For orders up to £29.99 - £2.95
FREE DELIVERY OVER £30

PREMIUM SERVICE 1-2 DAYS (ex Highlands & Islands)

For orders up to £29.99 - £6.95
For orders over £30 - £4.95
For orders over £100 - FREE

PREMIUM SERVICE 1-3 DAYS HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS

For orders up to £99.99 - £15.95
For orders over £100 - £8.95

N.B. Free delivery is not available on orders weighing over 2kg to Highlands & Islands (including NI). If you are unsure whether this applies to your order, please contact us. There are no deliveries on Saturdays (by courier), Sundays or UK Public Holidays. Once your order has been despatched (usually within 1-2 working days) we will send you an email to confirm. Unless otherwise stated, delivery charges will be shown at checkout.

Please make sure that correct address details are provided as we cannot be held responsible for non/late deliveries due to incorrect information. The correct postcode is particularly important.

Local Customers: We are pleased to offer a collection service to customers in and around Ashbourne. Just let us know that you would like to collect your order at checkout. Collections can only be made by prior arrangement.

Despatch: We aim to despatch orders within 24-48 hours Monday to Friday. We will send you an email to let you know when your order is on its way. We will also notify you as soon as we can about any delay in despatch due for example to an item being out of stock.

International Customers: We are able to send items to many countries within the EU. Shipping is charged according to weight and for orders over £10, we use a "signed for" postal service. Orders weighing over 2kg will usually be sent by courier. If you are located within Europe and are interested in purchasing our products, please contact us regarding delivery charges.
