| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Select your payment method - either by credit/debit card through our secure payment service or through Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account to use this method). Finally you may send us a cheque or postal order - please follow the appropriate link and then print off the final invoice to send with your payment. Please send your payment within 3 days. We will send your items once your payment has cleared. After completing your payment information, you should be prompted to return to our site and as long as you do this, an email confirmation of your order will automatically follow. |

We use Royal Mail for most of our small packet deliveries and UPS courier for larger packets/parcels and PREMIUM SERVICE deliveries. Delivery is charged as follows: BASIC SERVICE 3-5 DAYS For orders up to £29.99 - £2.95 FREE DELIVERY OVER £30 PREMIUM SERVICE 1-2 DAYS (ex Highlands & Islands) For orders up to £29.99 - £6.95 For orders over £30 - £4.95 For orders over £100 - FREE PREMIUM SERVICE 1-3 DAYS HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS For orders up to £99.99 - £15.95 For orders over £100 - £8.95 N.B. Free delivery is not available on orders weighing over 2kg to Highlands & Islands (including NI). If you are unsure whether this applies to your order, please contact us. There are no deliveries on Saturdays (by courier), Sundays or UK Public Holidays. Once your order has been despatched (usually within 1-2 working days) we will send you an email to confirm. Unless otherwise stated, delivery charges will be shown at checkout. Please make sure that correct address details are provided as we cannot be held responsible for non/late deliveries due to incorrect information. The correct postcode is particularly important. Local Customers: We are pleased to offer a collection service to customers in and around Ashbourne. Just let us know that you would like to collect your order at checkout. Collections can only be made by prior arrangement. Despatch: We aim to despatch orders within 24-48 hours Monday to Friday. We will send you an email to let you know when your order is on its way. We will also notify you as soon as we can about any delay in despatch due for example to an item being out of stock. International Customers: We are able to send items to many countries within the EU. Shipping is charged according to weight and for orders over £10, we use a "signed for" postal service. Orders weighing over 2kg will usually be sent by courier. If you are located within Europe and are interested in purchasing our products, please contact us regarding delivery charges as our website is not yet configured to calculate them automatically. |
| Delivery Schedule Orders are normally turned around very quickly and goods are despatched within 24-48 hours of receipt of your order Monday to Friday. We do not despatch orders at the weekend or on public holidays. If any delay in despatch is anticipated e.g. because we are waiting for an item to come back into stock, we will contact you straightaway to let you know and if you do not wish to wait you can cancel your order. |
| Back Orders Our stock system is not live and although we make every effort to keep fully stocked, occasionally an iterm advertised for sale on the website may have sold out. We will contact you straight away to let you know if this is the case. |

| Guarantee We offer a "no quibble" 30 day guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you have purchased from us, either because of an error on our part or because an item is defective, we will be pleased to refund the full purchase price providing the item is returned undamaged and unused, in its original packaging, within 30 days of receipt (food items must be returned within 7 days of receipt). Amounts refunded will be credited back to the purchaser's credit/debit card. If you do experience a problem with an item please email customerservice@blueberrybarn.co.uk and we will advise you how to return it. |
