| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Select your payment method - either WorldPay (secure credit card processing) or Paypal. Either option will take you outside our site to a secure server to provide payment information. After completing your payment information, you should be prompted to return to our site and as long as you do this, an email confirmation of your order will automatically follow. |
| Shipping And Handling We use Royal Mail for most deliveries, or courier for heavier items Delivery is charged as follows: For orders up to £ 9.99 - £1.95 For orders up to £29.99 - £3.95 For orders up to £59.99 - £5.95 For orders over £60 - Free delivery There are no deliveries on Sundays or UK Public Holidays. Once your order has been despatched we will send you an email to confirm. Unless otherwise stated, delivery charges will be shown at checkout. Additional delivery charges may apply in respect of shipments to certain postcodes within the UK. These areas are mainly in the Highlands and Islands of Scotland and some other remote areas. This list may change from time to time but we will let you know if it applies to your order. Please make sure that correct address details are provided as we cannot be held responsible for non/late deliveries due to incorrect information. The correct postcode is particularly important. We are pleased to offer free delivery to customers in and around Ashbourne (within a radius of 10 miles) for orders of £10 or more. Alternatively customers may collect from us in Ashbourne. You will be able to select this option during checkout and we will then contact you to confirm arrangements. |
| Delivery Schedule Orders are normally turned around very quickly and goods are despatched within 24-48 hours of receipt of your order Monday to Friday. We do not despatch orders at the weekend or on public holidays. If any delay in despatch is anticipated e.g. because we are waiting for an item to come back into stock, we will contact you straightaway to let you know and if you do not wish to wait you can cancel your order. |

| Guarantee We offer a "no quibble" 30 day guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you have purchased from us, either because of an error on our part or because an item is defective, we will be pleased to refund the full purchase price providing the item is returned undamaged and unused, in its original packaging, within 30 days of receipt (food items must be returned within 7 days of receipt). Amounts refunded will be credited back to the purchaser's credit/debit card. If you do experience a problem with an item please email customerservice@blueberrybarn.co.uk and we will advise you how to return it. |
